At Linlithgow and within the Queen's Aisle of St Michael's Parish Church on Sunday 12^th June 2011, which date and place Kirk Session of St Michael's Parish Church Linlithgow met and was constituted with prayer.

Sederunt: Rev Dr Stewart Gillan, Rev Thom Riddell, Chris Collen, Derek Henderson, Margaret Henderson, Agnes Howat, Alex Brough, Barbara Stewart, Anne Law.

The Clerk advised that the meeting had been called to admit new members by Profession of Faith and some by transfer certificate.  We also require to confirm the nomination of Presbytery Elder from St Michael's to the presbytery of West Lothian. 

There are two new members to admit by Certificate of Transfer:

Mrs Rebecca Hanna - formerly of the Presbyterian Church of Ireland - District 13A

Mr Harry Hogburn -  formerly of the Abbey Church,

Dunfermline - District 16

The following seek to be admitted by Profession of Faith:

Craig Stenhouse, Kirstie Stenhouse, Sally Saunders, Claire Carnegie, Emma Sedgwick, Aiden Cuthbertson and Andrew Tunnicliffe.

Derek Henderson has been our Presbytery Representative for a number of years and is willing to be renominated in our service. 

Kirk Session resolved to admit the new members and were delighted to re-nominate Derek as Presbytery Representative.

There being no further business Kirk Session agreed that the Amen at the end of the 11am service of worship would serve to close this meeting of Kirk Session.
